Great location and great weather made for the perfect week with our children. Beautiful sunrises and beach walks. Very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to marketing and eateries. The home is very comfortable and owner super nice!

Carpets and floors could be a bit cleaner, but what beach house couldn’t? The dryer didn’t work during our stay but the owner communicated quickly and tried her best to remedy the problem. The property is ocean front, but a few yards from the neighborhood access so the beach can get busy at times. Overall a great experience! I would definitely stay again!

Our family vacation at Cassimir East was fantastic. It's obvious the hosts take great pride in their homeand care about the renter's experience. The location could not be better...right on the beach, a quick walk to the neighborhood pool, and a short drive to restaurants, ice cream, water park, etc. Our family had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Cassimer East was a great place for our group (3 families of 4). You can't beat the location...direct beach access, 2 driveways down from the pool, and 1 mile from main Emerald Isle strip. The house was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our family loved this home for our vacation to Emerald Isle!! The location is great, neighborhood is quiet, and the house is right on the oceanfront. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids LOVED all the beach toys and books that were in the house. We had a great time and will hopefully be back in the future!

This was a great property for a family of all ages. The view of the beach can be seen from any angle of the family/dining room. The pool and playground area are just short walk and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. The owner was responsive with all questions and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

Ocean Paradise
We have stayed at multiple beachfront locations along the East coast and Emerald Isle quickly became top of my list. The island is quiet and inviting and allowed you to escape the commercialism of some of the bigger areas (Myrtle, OBX). With the more quaint atmosphere you still were able to find fun things to check out and excellent restaurants. The house itself was incredible. The owner communicated quickly and was sure to help out in any way she could. This was probably must thoroughly stocked house I have ever stayed at. It had every kitchen gadget you could imagine. It also had several beach items so there is no need to pack these bulky items while traveling. We actually bought a cornhole set at Walmart to add to the house- It was only $50 which I knew we would get our use out of for the week. I was happy to leave it behind for the next renters to enjoy. For entertainment we did the aquarium, wood park, took a boat tour, and did Fort Macon- all of which were wonderful. My favorite part about the house was just relaxing. It was common to look out and see dolphins swimming on by. With the house right on the ocean it felt as though we had a private beach. Thank you Jane for such an amazing expereince!

The two key things we look for in a vacation rental are location and cleanliness. This property is five stars for both and much more! We had excellent communication with the property owner and check in was simple with a door code. The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and fully-stocked. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. There is also a gas grill for your use! We had fresh seafood on this grill several nights. Bedrooms had fresh linens as well as extra blankets and pillows. The main floor bedroom is a little less of a traditional bedroom but it definitely worked for our needs. Three bedrooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs (which is typical of homes in EI). This home is steps from the sand. An outdoor shower is a huge plus! There is a converted garage/den which we didn’t use much, but having a second refrigerator on the ground level gave us a space to keep ice and drinks for filling the cooler before heading to the beach. Overall, great communication, clean and well-stocked home, and perfect location. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Our first Beach house rental
Overall very satisfied with our stay. Jane the property owner was wonderful, very prompt and helpful with questions or any concerns, and we were able to check in a few hours earlier, as soon as housekeeping was done with cleaning from previous guests. That was a big plus as we drove all night and most morning and was just about to camp out at Walmart parking lot to take a nap before check-in time. BEAUTIFUL house right on the beach!!! Everything was wonderful, and other than food and drinks, you have everything you need there. Nice big deck to enjoy the view and clean easy access to beach, which was only steps away and we were able to come and go as we wished, in all hours of day or night. Ample parking and our next door neighbors (who shared the duplex) were very nice and quiet and nobody bothered anybody. Master bedroom and main living room area with beautiful ocean views and you can hear the waves roaming and moonlight over the water at night, right from your bed! We had children and grandchildren, and everyone absolutely enjoyed their stay. Stores and restaurants are not too far away so we were able to stock up for food and drinks. There are water faucets downstairs to wash sand off your feet before going back to house, also a shower with hot water to rinse off, which was quite nice as our grandson used it quite a bit. All in all very, very nice, and we would definitely come back in the future if we're able. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jane! :)

What an amazing stay we had here. The house is large enough to accommodate many family members. I loved the all decks facing the ocean. Was able to take walks down the beach each morning. It was even warm enough to go kayaking one day. Will definitely be back.
