Numerous issues that were not corrected by mgmt. We arrived at the property to find out they didn't provide the correct entry code. We were surprised to find the cleaning team still there, but to our luck they were able to let us in since we didn't have the correct access code. I sent an email an hour after we arrived to the mgmt with a list of things that weren't working, weren't provided, including the access code. Did not hear from anyone until 24 hours later. They weren't responding to my email, but rather asking for a 5-star rating. Very poor communication by mgmt, items were not stocked and/or not working. We had to drive into town to fill the propane tank as the tanks at the cabin were empty. Didn't receive a reimbursement until more than one month later, after multiple inquiries that went unanswered. We rented this cabin for all the extras that were advertise such as the game room, video game, batteries not working, pool table, etc. most of which weren't working. I've stayed at 5-star properties, and this was not one of them. We spent more time chasing mgmt to get answers or things fixed. Accommodations were fine, but when you pay as much for the advertised "extras" I don't expect to spend time trying to find, fix, or replace items for the cabin. It should be ready for guests and turn-key. It was not. Very disappointing and would not recommend or stay again.
