"Das Hotel ist schön ausgebaut und eingerichtet.Zu einem guten Hotel gehört aber mehr als das Zimmer.Dort hat Villa Prato versagt.Wir feierten unser Hochzeits-Jubiläum und ich teilte dem Hotel über das Kontaktformular der Homepage mit,dass wir uns vegan und vegetarisch ernähren,in Bezug auf eine Reservation für Freitagabend und dem Frühstück.Als ich ein paar Tage vor Ankunft noch nichts gehört hatte,fragte ich nach,worauf mir mitgeteilt wurde,dass Sie keine Nachricht erhalten hätten und leider für Freitag- und Samstagabend ausgebucht wären.Das Frühstück sei kein Problem.Bei Ankunft wurde an der Rezeption kurzer Prozess gemacht.Beim Frühstück war vegan dann doch ein Problem.Es gab ein veganes Croissant und Soyamilch.Weder Margarine,Joghurt,Käse, Aufschnitt war verfügbar.Die Küche hat auf meine eindringliche Bitte am nächsten Tag dann Pancakes gemacht.Vegane Option bedeutet für mich nicht,dass ich in einem Edel-Hotel Brot mit Konfitüre und Früchte essen kann.Während die anderen Gäste Omeletts bestellen und Fleisch und Käseplatte verfügbar haben.Das ist einfach frech.Am Abreisetag hatten wir für den Lunch reserviert.Um11:00Uhr beim auschecken sagte die Rezeptionistin jedoch,dass wir abreisen müssten.Da die Plätze am Pool an Tagesgäste verkauft wurden.Wegen des Lunch durften wir dann bleiben.Und wurden danach gebeten das Hotel zu verlassen. So schlecht behandelt wurden wir in keinem Hotel auf der ganzen Welt von 1-5Sterne.Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.Keine Gastfreundschaft"
