Will stay again!!!

We were going to arrive super late so we called and let them know. Once we arrived check in was so fast and easy. Breakfast offered was very good with lot of options. Bed are so comfortable! Great location! We enjoyed having a movie theatre right next to it. We were leaving very early morning before breakfast area was served and they still offered and asked if we wanted something before leaving. Will stay again?

Watch the paper coffee cups!!!

The morning I was checking out- I picked up a coffee cup to get coffee. It had a tear in the bottom. Coffee dripped down my pinky and burnt it. I moved a few cups- tried to tell the breakfast lady…tried again- this time there was a bigger tear apparently on the cup..along the seam, where it wasn’t noticeable- I got coffee- it poured down my left hand! I tried to throw it in the trash can right away. She was like NO, it will drip to the bottom- I was like ma’am it’s burning my hand! She took the cup, was more concerned about the spill, and took care of that! There was also a front desk lady, possibly manager standing there - she did nothing for me - I drove 4 hours home, and am sitting in urgent care to get this looked at! I have small blisters on my hand!

I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!
