Seawatch Unit

We knew it would be small. It was very convenient to lug in suitcases and groceries. We could easily dispose of our trash. We really enjoyed the ocean view and balcony and enjoyed the afternoon sun. I did however go out and buy a small table for the balcony for drinks and snacks. Parking was very easy and always available.

Perfect location

Perfect location to get to everything easily. Nice pools. Easy access to beach. First VRBO where we've had to make the bed (not just strip it at the end). Couch was very comfy. Door opens directly into bedroom so you might hear people passing by when you are in bed. Would rent from again.

Great family vacation!

We stayed for a week, the property was comfortable and clean. It’s a little tight for a family of 4 but was more than enough for what we needed as we mainly just slept in the room and spent our days out doing beach, pool and other activities. Speaking of activities, the resort has daily games/activities that keep the little ones happy and entertained. The ladies on the activity staff were amazing and our daughter loved every single one we attended

Very convenient location. The 11th floor is pelican watching floor. We enjoyed our stay and the resort amenities were perfect for a 12 yr old girl. We would return again when the opportunity arises.

A week of relaxation!

Married couple for 35 years. We have stayed at Sea Watch many times and always enjoyed our stay. We can only say good things about the condo and our stay. The ease of check in and check is great, the room was clean, the view fantastic, like we stated we can only say good things about our stay and no negatives at all. Will return again, thanks for renting out the condo to others that can enjoy the beautiful beach area.

Clean, comfortable and cute!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit! The decor was nice, the place was mostly clean, and the view was perfect. Lots of space in the pools and hot tubs when it gets busy, so that's a great thing. The one drawback I think would be the carpet in the unit, hard to keep it dry and sand free when you're coming in and out alot. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, parking was okay, swimming pools were great, beds were okay but not the best, Wi-Fi is a little tricky hooking up, the only thing that I really didn't like, was that it didn't really have any essentials in it ,outside of dishes, and you have to make up your own beds, so make sure you bring all your essentials even toilet paper, outside of that, everything was great , would stay again.

Everything seemed pretty accurate to the description. I don’t understand why you cannot go to your room before 4:00 IF your room is ready. The only issue I had was that you do not supply even one roll of toilet tissue and more towels based on the length of your stay. We came for a seven day vacation and you already have a lot to bring with you for that length of time. As much as we paid, we shouldn’t have to worry about bringing towels, washcloths, paper towels and TOILET TISSUE!! That’s a HASSEL!! You should give enough linens based on the number of people and the length of stay that is PAID FOR!! And at least one roll of paper towels and a certain amount of toilet tissue with the understanding that you need to get your own IF you need more. We got there and really needed to use the rest room so ran upstairs with the intention of coming back down to get all of our stuff when we were not in a huge hurry! Get to our room on the 11th floor and guess what we forgot!! The toilet tissue in the car!!!!! 😡 THATS ridiculous!!! We left some for the next guest. I hope it was still there when they checked in!!! Other than the towels and paper goods issue, which we DID know about but just seems ridiculous for the amount we paid, it was a good place!

Excellent Getaway

We stayed here while attending a conference close by, and boy, what a pleasant surprise! Great views, location, and very close to the Tanger Outlets and tons of other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Pleasant Getaway with a few suggestions

Overall, the location and view from the room were great. There are a ton of amenities at the resort- multiple pools, lazy rivers, and direct beach access. The beach chair rentals through the lifeguards were exceptional and worth it. As for the rental itself, the description states that the unit is “SPACIOUS,” this unit could be configured in a better way so that it could be considered spacious. The two beds in the entryway make it challenging to move around- also if you come in with a beach bag, etc. it is very hard not to get the bed dirty as it is directly in the doorway. The unit was clean; however, I wouldn’t say that it was exceptionally clean. On the balcony, there were rolling papers left out from what I am assuming were the previous occupants- which per the agreement smoking is strictly prohibited. The water pressure in the shower was great! The parking space was much appreciated, and the garage is conveniently located directly attached to the tower. Would be nice to be able to check in before 4 pm. A few suggestions (these issues were not dire however they would’ve improved the overall stay)- perhaps a bathmat for the bathroom, my family had to use paper towels on the floor as we got out of the shower because there was nothing to soak up the water. I realize that if you purchase the linen package the bathmat might be included however, it seems like an essential that should just be in the unit. The pillows on the beds are very flimsy and worn; they could use to be replaced. The beds squeak loudly when you sit/ lay on them. The front door does not completely latch, there is a small crack in the bottom of the doorway which lets in light and allows the sounds of every person walking by to be heard. While there are many different lamps throughout the unit, some don’t work at all and those that do work are very dim. The kitchen sink was very slow to drain- while it did eventually drain, it filled up easily. The rules posted in the rental are a bit aggressive and made us feel a bit uneasy as we were so worried about doing something wrong or by accident not exactly as specified. The same goes for the rental agreement, it was very nit-picky and overall seemed like nickel and diming for every small thing; for what we paid it seems like the linens and towels could've been included in the overall price, not a $50+ fee. We had a pleasant stay- just some things that could be updated/changed to improve the overall experience.

Great amenities and easy check in

Everything was spot on. Sea Watch is a great resort for kids to have a blast. Very close to off site fun as well. The only thing that was a drawback was having to make your own bed with the packaged linens after a long day of traveling. I understand the premise, but we travel a lot and have never seen that. Everything else was great.
