It was a great stay. There is a lot of amenities there. Such as lazy rivers, hot tubs, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, Starbucks and a shop among other amenities. Employee was helpful n for the most part friendly

I loved my oceanfront room and the pool. We cooked on the bbq grill they provided on resort while the kids was in the pool. Great excess to the beach.

Good location , subpar hotel
Day of arrival, room smelled like pot, door was ajar, room was not as advertised. Staff offered no help or solutions. Cockroaches were seen in stairwells, hallways and in the lazy river. Restaurants were good, many pools, towels were easy to come by. Kids enjoyed them. Do not recommend Pinnacle tower near lazy river, as kiddy pool waterfall does not get shut off and you can not hear the waves.

We were in a mini suite. I thought I was booked for a king suite cause that’s what we always get but anyway we had to up charge to be put in a mini suite. There was no baking dishes, no kitchen sink stopper, the tub didn’t drain properly, the electrical outlets did not work. The room was very dark and not enough lighting. The tv would be super quiet during the program then on commercial would blare. The phone in our room also did not work.

We had what appeared to be black mold in our room. No dish in microwave could not use it. Parking was terrible no room in our parking garage had to park across the street to unload. No elevators in garage. Check out we waited on compass cove elevators 30-45 minutes. I’m 68 my husband 74. We will not go back to Compass Cove they are not like they once were. Awful stay. Oh and don’t forget the tantrum baby the couple would not move as we were trying to get up to our moldy room. They let her block our way and just screaming. Compass Cove employee standing right there.

Did not have a good experience hear, the room was old and rundown, had a very hard time with balcony door. The room was not really clean and we saw a few bugs. We had a disturbing noise that came on and off during the duration of the day, sounded like a generator, very loud. We will not be booking at Compass Cove again
