Thank you for a wonderful stay. Staff was top tier. The housekeeping is beyond amazing. Everyone from front desk was helpful and nice. The hotel is perfect for families. We will return. We only asked for towels, came back to a clean room and the balcony had a puddle stain with sitting water; it was cleaned and we never even had to ask for that. We were very satisfied with this hotel

Nice and clean indoors but could use deep cleaning like spider webs in bed corners and doors. There are roaches on the out side and there was a cricket behind the lamp in my room.

Our first night at the hotel we discovered a roach in our room. The following day the hotel general manager Robin upgraded our room and we were told staff would move our belongings to our other room due to have a prior reservation. My boyfriend had a pair of expensive earrings that were left behind. Housekeeping admitted to putting them on the cart but not putting them in the room. The earrings were stolen and we have yet to be able to talk to the general manager since our stay. Beautiful view of the beach but besides that rooms are outdated, housekeeping will steal your valuable items and upper management does not care. Would not recommend staying here.

It served its purpose for an overnight, but i would not want to stay longer than that. The room was updated but the floors were gross. Room service just "cleaned". We walked into damp floors and a bleach smell but found hairs still stuck to the floor and it appeared like they just pushed "mopped" things to the corners. A little more thorough vacuum would have been nice. Found a little stain on one of the pillowcases as well. Kind of gave me the heebie jeebies. I've seen worse and it served its purpose. Got to see the sunrise in the morning with the oceanview and its on beach location.

I love how this property has beach balcony views, close to the board walk and amusement parks, and isn’t too hard on the wallet!! Pretty much within 15 minutes of wherever my bf and I planned to go. Only complaint I have is that the mini fridge in my room was leaking water and whoever tried to “fix it” left a soaking towel inside and the door wide open when we arrived.

The room was decently clean, the view of the ocean front was amazing! The hallways are hot and humid and smell damp. It’d be nice if they got rid of the rugs, I think they hold that musty odor. The pools were ok, they could’ve been vacuumed better, and they were dark until we called and asked for the lights to be turned on. They had a lil bridge with convenient access to the beach, very short walk, and they had a shower to get all the sand off which was nice! It’s in a convenient location! Parking was very easy! The staff was super nice! We were able to get a 12pm checkout thanks to Michelle!
