Nice place bad management company!

Really nice house and set up! Hate seeing them use a management company. No room to check in early or late (even with a 6 week old) and wanted to stay an extra night as it wasn't booked and they wouldn't even offer a slight discount or deal and we were already there. Trash sat in the downstairs lobby open (gross) the entire time we were there. Our bedroom had a broken window (was labeled) and no fan so it was toasty. If you know it’s broken and have time to label it fix it. Beautiful bathrooms, comfy big beds and nice set up! Comparing it to other places at the beach we frequent through air b and b and they supply everything - beach towels, pack and plays, high chairs, basics like aluminum foil, scotch tape, tissues, board games, blankets, everything! This management company gave the bare essentials- two trash bags for an entire stay, limited towels, and no hand soap for kitchen. Also, the front door is impossible to get into you have to turn the lock not the knob they need to give instructions on that. Really nice place but the management company really ruined it for us. You shouldn’t be wanting for towels and trash bags at a place you are paying top dollar for.

Awesome location, great condo

We were very pleased with our stay at Nauti by Nature. We arrived a bit early and were able to get in the condo. It was just as pictured. We chose our rooms and got settled. While the view is blocked by the dunes, we knew that we weren't going to be able to see the ocean, but we did watch the sunrise almost every morning and it was stunning each time. We cooked dinner a few times during our stay and we were able to find everything that we needed. In addition to a Keurig, there is a drip coffee machine, which was important to us. There is a knife block with lots of great knives and the pots and pans were perfect for our needs. Each bathroom had some shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper to get us started. That was super helpful! The location of Nauti by Nature is perfect if you want to be close to everything. There are restaurants on the beach road and there a multiple grocery stores within 2-5 miles We took walks every day and never felt like it was too crowded or dangerous to cross the beach road. There are tvs in each bedroom and in the living area and all of them were set up with streaming services. Wifi was great and we sat at the pool even though it was no open, and were able to use the condo's wifi. One last thing: when leaving the condo, if you don't turn the bolt lock, the door is not locked. So make sure that you turn the bolt lock. All in all, it was AWESOME! Thanks for a great week!

Lovely Stay

I was in town for just a few days and was grateful to find a partial week stay, on the beach that was affordable for just me. I ate all my meals in and the kitchen supplies were perfect. The place was very clean and roomy. A very comfortable place to hang out while I was not out and about exploring the Outer Banks! Weather was still a little cool in March, but the sun was shining every day! I look forward to going back again one day!

Beautiful apartment

It’s located in a convenient spot just inside of Nags Head. The pool and beach access on the side of the building are great. The apartment is spacious. downfalls: Vacasa was absolutely horrible to deal with. We were told the property owners would call us due to delayed check in and we never heard from anyone.

Excellent furnishings, clean. Comfortable beds. Only concerns were the elevator was broken our entire stay, the heat/dry setting in the dishwasher does not work, bifold mirror doors in master bath need adjustment as they scrape. The kitchen could use a few glass measuring cups and a pitcher. Overall a plus.

Housekeeping apparently not great. There were pillow cases missing from one bedroom and one bed did not have a bottom sheet just mattress pad, but made up as if ready. Bathrooms were not swept and shower had hair in it. Trash was not removed from previous tenant. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and found that the property itself was well represented. It was exactly as described.

Weekend girls trip

Took a last minute trip for some much needed relaxation and this place did not disappoint. The kitchen was well stocked and the place felt very comfortable. Condo was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

House was beautiful and clean. We were right on the beach; however the first floor does not have beach view because of the dunes. I knew this ahead of time. There is a private wooden walkway that takes you over the dune to the beach. Restaurants and other activities are close by.

Beautiful Condo

First the positives. Condo is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location. It was comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Now a couple of negatives that are for awareness. Condo is oceanfront but not ocean view, it is the first floor and the view is blocked by a large sand dune. Second, when we checked in we almost immediately realized that the dryer was not working. I immediately called Vacasa, the management company and notified them of the issue. They were very responsive and sent someone out the next day. However, they didn’t fix the dryer and even though I contacted them almost everyday (until they asked me to be patient) the dryer was never fixed. Our entire family flew for a vacation for the first time so we all packed lightly because I made sure that we PAID for a condo with a washer and dryer. So we were unhappy all week, yes, you can hang things out but the towels were crusty and the clothes rumbled and uncomfortable. That really bothered us

I had a great time. The place was very comfortable.

We all had a really good time. The only complaint that I would have is the televisions are too small and quite dated. It would’ve been nice if the pool would’ve been open and the beach access would’ve been accessible it was blocked behind yellow caution tape, the whole time we were there, but that’s part of going early season I guess. The beds were all very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean, and the kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Checkout was easy, we’d happily return again.

Bible Study Group

This was a perfect condo for our Bible Study Gp of ladies. We so enjoyed all the beautiful comforts from the beds to the seating. Only thing I suggest is IF you come in the winter, bring some blankets as there are none. Otherwise it was PERFECT. Very clean, organized, and obviously cared for! Perfect New Years Getaway

Perfect place to relax with group of friends after Christmas. Loved everything about this place. Bright and spacious, three bedrooms with king size beds and three bathrooms makes it far better than others. First level deck has obstructed ocean views but proximity to the ocean and overall location more than makes up for it. Would definitely recommend others consider this property. Check in/out was easy. Location and proximity to multiple grocery stores, ABC store and restaurants were an added bonus.
