The condo is like a hotel room with a fridge and coffee machine, so there is no full kitchen. It is also equipped with a microwave and a new UHD Smart TV. For extended stays, a laundry facility is available just 500ft away. You’ll sleep comfortably on a king-size bed with a luxury mattress.

Our condo offers a seamless self-check-in process, ensuring you can access your accommodation conveniently and securely at any time. Before check-in, you'll receive detailed instructions via email on how to enter the property using a secure keyless entry system. This system not only facilitates a contactless check-in experience, promoting privacy and safety, but also allows you to start enjoying your stay without any delays. Whether arriving late at night or at your leisure during the day, you can settle in right away and begin exploring all that Napa Valley has to offer.

We are a private unit and not affiliated with the Silverado Resort. The benefit is that there is no extra resort fee to pay. Enjoy easy access to Silverado's amenities like the Mansion House, Grill restaurant and bar, Pro shop, and Spa, all within walking distance. Note: The golf course and tennis courts are not available to guests.

Our guests enjoy complete privacy as we are not located on the premises, ensuring you have a serene and uninterrupted experience. However, should you need any assistance or encounter an emergency, rest assured that we are just a few minutes away and readily available to help. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, and we're always reachable via phone or email to address any of your concerns promptly. The resort has standard water heaters, and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.

No smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 4 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $100 per stay
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

Important Check-in Information
To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $79 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
