Valentines weekend getaway

The stay over valentines weekend was phenomenal partly due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had at the Napa Valley Inn. Quaint, elegance, nostalgia, and more.. This is a truly hidden gym. The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted. Thank you again. Anyone going will not be disappointed in the customer service and care that its presented to them 5 stars

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The warm greeting upon entry sets a positive tone right away. The cleanliness of the room was on point.I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the ability to walk to two of my favorite restaurants. I appreciated the morning delivery of fresh pastries from the bakery next door are delicious!

I did not get the pastries that were promised on my second day ans genuinely did not feel this property is a “luxury boutique hotel”. None of the amenities or the feel was worth the price tag. Even the spa services felt lack luster as the masseuse had little experience

Highly Recommended for Downtown Napa

The service and hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again. The bed was comfortable and we had a standard king room in the plaza area. The complimentary breakfast was great and we appreciated the option of ordering what we wanted to Sweetie Cakes for breakfast or getting pastries delivered to the room. The location is perfect for walking along the River walk and surrounding restaurants and attractions.
