Convenient and easy to find with good parking. Comfortable room and friendly staff. TV remote has flat batteries and a broken battery case - but was not a problem for the manager to replace the batteries quickly. Good stop over on a business trip.

I stayed there with my family for one night yesterday. The stay was comfortable with no disturbances. The room was clean. The staff were helpful and arranged for our check-in on a public holiday. The location is close to the airport with easy access to the city centre. The rooms are spacious; it's nearly perfect

It's was beautiful the bed was comfortable the place was beautiful the only thing that let my stay down was the music till 11.30 my kids couldn't sleep an I had to b up early next morning so didn't get much sleep other then that the room was amazing

The room had so much disinfectant smell that I had to leave the door open for an hour and an half to clear the air. Discovered after 5pm that I needed to go to the office to get password etc to use wifi ,but office was closed. Why is the wifi codes not supplied in the room or when you arrive.

We were wanting to pickup a key prior to checkin time as we were heading to a funeral. I called the day before to enquire and was told it was no problem. When we arrived to pickup key we were able to check-in too. Great customer service, beautiful room and comfy bed.

This property is NOT as advertised. The grounds are dirty and leaf litter from several weeks, everywhere. The buildings are in disrepair and our door was a very unsafe sliding glass door. Reception refused any refund and we had literally been there 5 minutes and I addressed my concerns. DON’T STAY HERE
