My friend's car was broken into in the hotel parking lot and some minor belongings were stolen. The receptionist at the front desk seemed relatively unbothered by this (almost like it happened frequently on the property) and the written signs around the parking lot indicated the same. While nothing valuable was taken, the hotel should be more proactive in addressing this issue, potentially by adding a Nashville police officer or private security guard to monitor the parking lot at nighttime. Also, any level of empathy or apology from hotel staff would have gone a long way.

Shut down breakfast before it was said time. Nothing left and no offer to refill. Had to ask for waffle mix. Parking for this size of hotel is not sufficient. Elevators extremely slow so had to use the stairs which is not a problem unless you are trying to pack all your luggage down them.
