The house met all our needs with 4 couples. All had nice rooms with all our own baths. Great location! Only 10 minutes from Broadway. The host was amazing to work with and instant response to any questions we had. Train is a little loud but tolerable and rooftop is nice. Would highly recommend.

The house was large & spacious very clean with a wonderful roof top to hang out on at night(because it was so hot outside) but we brought a outdoors fan that helped a lot, we had one night that was cool & comfortable. We really enjoyed out stay( we got our steps in though with all the stairs). Would definitely like to stay again. Highly recommend

4 bedroom condo that made our stay easy
Perfect condo off the highway ten minutes from broadway. Great spot for four couples and a rooftop hangout area for a late night after cap. The fridge was stocked with drinks so we kept the tradition going forward. The host was available when we couldn’t get the internet working. Very clean.

Property was perfect for our group and very clean. It was a short distance to downtown Nashville which was great. As stated previously, the only negative was the train that went by every 3 hours and blew it's whistle right next to the complex.

We had an amazing time in Nashville at the home! The house was well equipped with everything you need in a home! The rooftop was awesome! Had some amazing time playing corn hole! Space was clean and very modern! Would stay here again if we’re in Nashville again!

We had four couples stay. Everyone was happy with the property. Beds are comfortable. Roof top was great spot to hang out. Easy to get to downtown/Broadway area either drive or UBER. Island in Kitchen was huge. Plenty of room for 12 plus around it. Owner was great to communicate with throughout the stay.

We came to Nashville to celebrate our sons 50th birthday and our grandsons 21st birthday. Our VRBO accommodations were perfect for our family of 7. The property was just as nice in person as pictured on line. Very clean, bright and nicely decorated. It is a very quick and pretty inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway, even in HEAVY nighttime traffic. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely home. The only downside is the active train that comes by often all hours of the day and night. If you could sleep through noise you’ll be fine, but if you’re a light sleeper it will annoy you. The roof top was amazing!!

Birthday celebration
We came to Nashville with two other couples to celebrate my husbands 40th. The house was IMMACULATE. It was beautiful and spacious and the upper deck area was great! Host was super easy to chat with and responded very quickly. No major issues for us- our unit did not have Cornhole boards or coolers which were stated in the summary- but again wasn’t a deal breaker. We would’ve used them had they been there but we aren’t leaving a bad review because they weren’t. Beds were SO comfortable. That was something the guys all mentioned over and over. Train is pretty cool- but as everyone else states- you will get an early wake up call. We didn’t have sound machines in our room to block out the noise so we just turned all the fans on. Overall- it was a perfect little gathering spot for us and we would look them up again the next time we come!

From the beginning of our stay we had great communication with the host, the code for the garage wouldn’t work and they were on top of it immediately. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and a brewery. 10 minute ride to downtown and Ubers were fairly cheap from the location. Roof top was great during a hot sunny day. Particularly enjoyed that we did not have to do a deep clean before leaving like other places. Would recommend to others coming to the area.

This was a fantastic property and location in Nashville, especially for the price! It is clean, well-kept, and spacious for large groups. The added benefits of being walkable to several bars/restaurants and the close proximity to downtown were great assets. It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend with the boys in Nashville!

Nice and clean but….
We live in Ohio so there was a hour difference in time which I was not aware of and we settled in before the 4:00 arrival time . I got an email from the host stating we would be charged extra for arriving early, said it was their policy. I didn’t see it when I went back to look at the arrangements, I wasn’t happy about that and I think we arrived maybe a hour or so early. The shower head in the bathroom off the kitchen has very little water pressure (new to purchase a new one) and the train is right outside the unit that they do not tell in the description of the place . It runs around every 2 hours in the night and sounds a loud horn. It was a nice place and had 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom which was very nice. The train noise was the downer for me.
