The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff is what made our experience great. They were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices.

Rude and Unprofessional! This is the second time we’ve stayed here, same women at the desk a year later with the same absolutely ratchet rude unprofessional. When you have been driving 12 hours and you’re exhausted, this is the last person you want to encounter. Sitting while doing her job, doesn’t even stand up, I asked a question while she was typing, and she interrupted me mid sentence and says “if you wait a minute I’ll get to that but you wanna be ahead of me” in the shitiest tone. She continued to mock me.. She didn’t listen when I said I don’t know my plate number, I’ll go look, she grabbed my paper and folded it up. Her co worker said “she has to go look” she ain’t ready. So she puts my paper back. This same women was rude af to me and my kids the year prior. We are down here to visit my daughter who’s in college. Then! At midnight my phone rings and someone ask for a name who is not me, and at 2 am the cops are banging on the door across the hall. I got no sleep from the screaming kid running down the halls and slamming doors. The website says bar- you get a ticket for a drink at “happy hour” there is no bar. The hotel room was very clean though, great for the price if you don’t mind noise and a sketchy group of people. Women at front desk- it is called customer service to be friendly and answer a simple question when asked, I’m paying you!

Was very surprised at how nice this place was! Beautiful and clean throughout. Staff was friendly and there were even free cocktails as well as nice breakfast. Pool, hot tub, fitness area. Unbelievable for the price I got from Expedia! Definitely 10/10!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was so beautiful, the only downfall is that our bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable that we didn't really sleep, but for the price of the suite, I can't complain too much
