Terrible property and website
Property was horribly maintained, dirty, smelled like piss, and things were falling apart. The only effort they made for this room was to make the bed and there's no way in hell I was sleeping on it when I saw roaches in the office to check in. Waste of money and time, refund denied when I spent 10 minutes in the room taking pictures of how dirty it was. Thanks for wasting my money, time, and adding loads of stress to our vacation.

I was given a room on the third floor, no elevator, carried all my stuff and dog up three flights of stairs only to find the key didn't work. Went down to get a new one and there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell several times and no one showed up for 15 minutes. The desk person said there is an outside phone to call, but it was locked. There were opened bags of pretzels in the room, no coffee pot, furniture in bad shape. The so called breakfast was by the front desk, no place to sit down, and consisted of coffee, no lids for the styrofoam cups, and packaged donuts. I will never go there again, and warn others to stay away.

Ight for what i needed it for
In the area for one night. Looking for something cheap and quick. Not the best but for the night, I ll take it. Spider in the bathroom, wasnt a pleasant smell. Like old something . Huge roach outside. Rusty shower curtain. Extremely small beds and Im not a big person.But no noise, had a kitchen like area. If i had to as my last option i ll go back but take some stuff to feel more comfortable. Front desk lady was nice.

Our first room had roaches. The management kindly gave us another room, but there were roaches in this room as well and the wall lamps did not come on. The only light was bathroom light and small bedside wall light.

The room I stayed in was still dirty and half of the lights and plugs didn’t turn on. When I woke up I saw roaches in the bathroom still alive. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

When we arrived, the sink and tub got backed up when we tried to use them. Someone did come up to unclog them. We had to deal with a marijuana smell the whole time in tbe room. There was also a red streak/stain on shower wall.

Loud knocking/thumping in next door X 20 min at 4am. No answer at registration desk to report problem. Breakfast was coffee and cookies/muffin with no eating area. No food left when checking out. Difficult to locate lobby.

Overcharged for what it was!
I was wanting a simple cheap option for a one night stay. We checked in later that night and were out the next morning. Originally, I wasn’t going to bring anything up, but now that I’ve been charged double (my stay was $130, I’ve been charged $260) called multiple times, been told to wait for the manager to call back, still no refund and no one has called me back. The whole vicinity smelt like cigarette smoke, there was trash bags everywhere other than the dumpsters.. when we got to our room my boyfriend almost had to go to the lobby again because the doors lock was not working right and we couldn’t get inside. When we did get inside, our rooms floors were covered in leaves, sticks etc. Not clean. At least the bed was clean. Not satisfied with the service and certainly was NOT worth being charged $260.

The place is a dump. There was a fist punch hole in the bathroom door. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The front door was broken and had to be slammed to close. Breakfast was coffee and packaged little donuts. The fridge was badly rusted and the door opened on the wrong side. The bathroom door had one inch of water damage, suggesting some sort of flooding. The place needed paint and the floor was dirty. Management has a trick for bad reviews: They apologise, vow to fix XYZ, and do nothing. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America “Suites” again.
