Great guys trip to Nashville
The condo provided a great base in a convenient location. The only drawback was the top bunk. There is no opening in the railing, so climbing over the top rail is probably okay for children, but not so much for guys around 60. 😎

The property was nice with large beds and several bathrooms. The rain style shower in the master bedroom was very nice. Only odd thing was the layout with one bedroom on the first floor, living room and kitchen on second floor, and 2 bedrooms on third floor. It left the person staying in the first bedroom somewhat disconnected. The location seems a bit sketchy at first glance but it isn't bad. There are several restaurants and a couple breweries in walking distance. It was also nice to have quick access to the thruway to get around easily. We didn't need to contact the owner so I can't say much about their responsiveness but everything we needed was conveyed in the informational site they sent. I would certainly stay here again if I am back in the area.

This property worked out good for our family. It was conveniently located to Broadway Street and a brewery. We enjoyed both Broadway Street and the brewery which was within walking distance of the property. The property was clean and had the necessary convenances of a home. Everyone really enjoyed having their own bathroom also.

Great Nashville Townhome
This was a cute little townhome. I booked this for my sister’s bachelorette and it was perfect. Be prepared for stairs as there are two flights. Everything was clean and plenty of little essentials were provided (laundry/dish detergent etc). My only problem was checking in, the instructions weren’t the clearest but I was able to call and immediately was helped.

Good but not great.
here's some pros and cons Pros: about ten mins from broadway(never more than 15$ uber ride) (some ubers did have a little trouble finding the townhouse but only had to walk like 50 feet to meet them) Parking is available Quick response time from host Place looked like photo comes with household essential (shampoo, laundry pods, lotion, blow dry etc. ) Cons: the top room stays bright all night long from the outside lights next to the freeway and can hear the cars and train all night and all day Construction going on outside all hours The walls have scuffs all on them and are dirty. Some of the towels came dirty and yet I was charged for them being dirty? (make sure to take pictures before using all the towels so the same doesn't happen to you) LOTS of stairs to get up to the king and bunk bed room and they are steep. Under the beds were dirty there's a constant drip in the middle floors bathroom when you are sitting watching tv you can hear it TV remotes didn't work (not sure if it was the batteries or what)

Very nice layout and comfortable bedrooms. So h our large group, 3 full bathrooms worked great! Great location and easy access to highways, restaurants. All in a walkable area so it worked out great for the dogs. Would definitely return next time! Thanks!

Super cute
The property was just as listed. Very close to downtown. Even though there is a lot of construction in the area it was surprisingly quiet which was great. The door code didn’t work when we arrived but a quick call to the customer service number and the agent was able to unlock the door manually and reset the code. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we return to Nashville.

Comfy, plush, and practical pied-à-terre
The townhouse was very welcoming- warm, well-lit, lots of comfy seating, chic, clean, and appealing decor, and all the amenities (both the must-haves and nice-to-haves). It was a practical location in terms of ease of access (to the property and to other places in the greater Nashville area) as well as in terms of its proximity to restaurants and coffee shops, and stores (i.e. Publix, CVS, etc.) My only recommendation would be to have sound-dampening blackout curtains in the upstairs south-facing bedroom and bottom floor bedroom to deal with noise from I-40 and neighbors coming back at 2am and the light from streetlights. The rental company was professional and very responsive. Also, they allowed pets (we have a midsize dog) and the property is quite dog friendly (wood floors that are easy to clean if your pet has an accident, and easy to take the pet out for a potty break and a walk in the neighborhood to the north of the property. All in all it was a top-notch place to stay during our visit to Nashville and I would highly recommend it. Just get those curtains and it’ll be among the best rental properties I’ve stayed at!
