Awful Customer Service.

The staff were awful at assisting and understanding our circumstances. Due to bad weather and flight cancelations, we were unable to make our reservation. The hotel would not help with canceling because the stay was booked through a third party. Then when we went through the third party, the hotel staff told the third party rep that it was considered a no show because they had no prior request for a cancelation. The hotel staff should have noted the original call when they said we would have to handle the cancelation through the third party. The third party rep was very helpful in trying to cancel and get a refund. The rep relayed that the hotel staff didn't care that we were unable to make our reservation due to flight cancelations and weather. Holiday Inn wouldn't even consider a partial refund. This time of year, I think the hotel should be more understanding of our circumstances. No help at all. I would never recommend. Our staff travel to Nashville frequently for conferences, we'll never give this Holiday Inn our business again.

Staff was super friendly all around. Rooms were clean beds were comphy. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pancakes, but would like to see a waffle maker, too. The only criticism is that we lokes to have breakfast and relax before heading out, but b/c we did, housekeepping didn't tend to pur room even though we had been gone for 3 to 4 hours

Property was great and breakfast was amazing. One elevator was broke everyday. At check in my loyalty program number was supposedly inputted but I have not received any loyalty points on the app. I stayed from Tuesday night though Saturday morning check out.
