The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Sometimes the maids forgot to do something to the room- like leave washcloths, towels or restock coffee pods but when asked for items they were given without a problem. The pool was clean and refreshing as well. Hotel met our needs for the 5 days we stayed.

The TV only worked on a few channels and the one showing the Olympics was not available. The telephone didn't work or no one was answering it. The bathroom needed a major overhaul. The ice maker didn't work on the 3rd floor had to go to other floors to find one that worked. Overall a very tired hotel but still charging high rates.

Our family enjoyed the stay. The rooms were kept clean, the breakfast was good, and the nights were quiet. A couple of mornings, the front desk help was not very cheerful, to put it politely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
