Great spot for first timers to Nashville
It was very easy to get in and we felt very safe the whole time. It is not walking distance to Broadway but is to an area called midtown. It also has a cute speakeasy in the basement which has delicious drinks. The only area to improve would be the mirrors. We were four women and getting ready with one bathroom and no mirrors in any other space was a bit challenging. Other than that it was a perfect spot!

This was a great spot, for our weekend. The overall property and our room exceeded our expectations. The pictures and what you get in person, are accurate. The ability to message guest services and their response time was very quick. Would highly recommend!

Overall we had an excellent stay. Great communication from the property manager. We had everything we needed for a fun time. No issues re noise etc as other reviewers had mentioned. Our only feedback would be that the size of the pool was very deceiving from the photos, and was very very small. Other people staying there said the same, so I think it’s worth mentioning. We still enjoyed the patio area and it was a great setup for chilling out. Would stay again and recommend.

If you are looking for a nice decor and easy check in experience, this would be perfect for you. I would give a five star for the decor if I could ! Condo shows exactly like on the pictures. What I would suggest is to bring some earplugs because high open ceilings are nice but not very quiet… first floor Corner unit by the parking means you will be waken up every night by people getting in and out of building. Like others mentioned, bring some extra toilet paper et laundry detergent. We were two couples and only one facecloth per person were provided with two laundry pods. Either add laundry pods or add Facecloths. This place doesn’t have the little details that you could find in a place owned by a particular but it’s in a safe neighbourhood, close to downtown. We enjoyed the self check in and we didn’t have any issues with the codes on doors.

Getting into the property was a little confusing initially but we figured it out. It seemed like the building was full of vrbo apartments so people were checking in and out and there were always cleaning people in the hallways. Which isn’t a huge deal at all. The apartment is on the bottom floor so you do hear everything above you and outside so as long as you are not a light sleeper it’s not bad. It’s a really cute place and we would definitely stay again. And, we ordered pizza delivery from a little pub near by and while expensive it was absolutely delicious.

Property was great. If you have not experienced open beam ceiling you might be caught off guard by the water noise from the upstairs. Overall the stay was great. Beautiful property not far from Broadway and all the sights. We will stay here again

Perfect for a girls weekend!
We had a really enjoyable experience! The place was decorated very trendy, was spotless and QUIET! We felt very safe on site since the building is fenced in and a code is required for entrance into the building but the area is being redeveloped, with construction going on so walking really wasn’t an option. Ubers were abundant and the trade off is we had more space here then we would have had if we stayed closer to the city.

Superb!
We loved our stay. Our rooms were so clean, super trendy, and we felt completely at home. The property felt safe, the White Bison coffee shop and of course Starbucks were within walking distance, which was great. The pool was perfect and we loved the access to the outdoor bar area. We will be back!

Perfect location
Condo is in the perfect location for quick access to Gulch, Midtown & Broadway! Cant say enough good things about this place. Very clean & pictures are absolutely accurate...most adorable decor. I loved the gated access and restored 1865 building with pool was perfect. I saw comments on the noise and yes there is construction at next building (not next condo) but it was not an issue.... honestly there is construction happening everywhere in Nashville! If I had any comment for improvement it would simply be that they need another full length mirror.... 4 women getting ready with 1 bathroom need more mirrors. :)

The property was spot on! The pool is a bit smaller than we would of liked, and in the shade all but maybe 1-2 hrs a day, but still worth a dip! The door code was 10 digits long to get into the room, which was difficult for the first few days.

Very comfortable place to stay. Had some trouble with AC cooling, but property manager sent repairman same afternoon and it was fixed. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful. We would stay here again, for sure.

Great unit close to everything!
Visited Nashville with my husband and daughter to check out a doctoral program at Vanderbilt. The unit was exceptionally clean and within easy drive to Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville. Construction next door did start around 7am, but we are morning people, and is wasn’t too noisy. Really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again when in the area!
