Main problem we had with the hotel was lack of hot water to shower. We stayed 3 nights and the 1st night was like warm and the other 2 nights were completely cold.

For our trip...a few things! Pros: Staff was great!! Rooms were clean. Cons: Significantly underwhelming for the price. Water pressure was non-existent. No room service. Valet was the only parking option.

This was my second time staying at this property. It is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are a generous size with amazing beds. The employees are friendly and always ready to assist in whatever your needs may be. The Starbucks at this location is an added bonus. The master of the bar is Fly. She handles her customers quickly and efficiently. Whether you’re just stopping in for a nightcap or you need a late night snack, the atmosphere is just right. The wings and warm pimento cheese dip with tortillas chips were delicious. The hotels convenient location is just a short walk to lower Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, The Symphony, Bridgestone Arena and much more. Definitely recommend.
