The room is nice and cozy. Look very clean. My problem is my bill. It was supposed to be $306 and some change is $388 now mind you I did drink a water which they charge eight bucks for, but that should’ve made it 314. So watch out for your bill. I still haven’t gotten my receipt.

We were put in a room at the end of the hallway, located next to the ice machine that ran water all day long. At first, I thought it was someone in the room above us using the restroom. When it persisted all day, I realized it was the ice machine located on the other side of the wall (literally on the other side of the headboard). Additionally, when we went down to breakfast, there were only a couple bagels and small muffins, a some overcooked oatmeal. The coffee was out when we went down there, BOTH caffeinated containers at the same time? The parking was not ideal and the only real option was valet for $42, which is crazy for the location. We will not be staying there again.

We didn’t expect to have to pay the extremely high parking fees and tipping on top of that. The only other option was to circle the block for an hour or two to find an unsafe parking spot. The valet didn’t get our message to bring the car around for 20 minutes. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. I will definitely be going back to using the Air B&Bs

42 dollars a night is a lot for parking especially while visit family in an intensive care unit no one ever went into the room in the three days booked to empty garbage (only one small can) and to make the bed or provide clean towels. NO i should not have to asked. The continental breakfast was awful! hard boiled eggs, bagels and coffee is not a continental breakfast. I cannot speak for one night as I wasn't there but stayed in the ICU. I was disappointed with the food. But loved how close it was to the hospital. The staff were very service oriented as I had frozen food they kept for me until I left three days later
