Excellent location and beautiful units

This hotel is in an excellent location and has beautifully-appointed, apartment-like units. The views are fantastic! The staff here are great, too! There is a "mandatory" check-in process using the Web that is a hassle and wasn't even working at the time (I'd suggest to management to just get rid of it entirely), but the front-desk staff were great and checked me in easily even though I hand't done it. I would definitely stay here again (in fact this is my second time).

Loved it!

Absolutely loved it there! Lovely apartment and wonderful employees. Also, it is a very nice location that provides easy access to what the downtown Nashville area has to offer. I will be coming back to this hotel for another solo trip next year!

This was our third time at this hotel. Its far enough off of Broadway, to not be in the center of it all, and close enough to walk to it when you want to. The hotel staff is always very helpful and pleasant. There is a dollar general just around the corner for anything you may need. Will definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival after midnight, we had already been sent our room information including pin to enter. It was so nice to just be able to go straight to the room. We went straight to bed. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed that the side of the mattress was stained, there were stains on the duvet, the bathtub was dirty, and the floors did not look swept. I stopped by the front desk and the gal promptly took care of it, and switched us to another room. Overall for the price it was a great location, and mostly clean. Housekeeping takes forever if you need something, (2 hours for towels and a blanket after several texts, trying to go to bed). The couch and bed are not made for comfort. The game room was a plus! The front desk staff was great too! Great place if you plan on not spending a lot of time lounging in the room, and you want to be close to Broadway, everything is within a 5 min walk.

Great location!

This location is central to everything you want to get to. The vibe on Broadway can be heard and felt even in the hotel. Did not bother us a bit. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The apartment is comfortable and spacious.

Nice place with friendly staff. However, the water never got hot in the shower (I reported this but nothing was done) and the washing machine left things soaked and soapy, even after multiple rinses.

Property itself was fantastic. Lots of amenities within a block radius. Very short walk (2-3 blocks) to downtown Broadway where all of the action is. We look forward to staying with them again in the future.
