Coolibah villa is a beach-front townhouse in a gated and child-friendly community located in New Providence, The Bahamas. The community offers tennis courts, children's playground and pools. The luxurious Coolibah villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and will sleep 8. The comfortable villa provides the perfect destination for the vacation of a lifetime!

Coolibah villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet and a beautiful beach with snorkeling. The gorgeous brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors. Coolibah villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed, sharing the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3. The downstairs floor has a powder room.

The living room at Coolibah villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music.

The swimming pool at Coolibah Villa (Starfish Isles) is quite spacious and is surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner.

The kitchen at Coolibah villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guests at Coolibah Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. Since 2018, there is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Should you wish to opt in to the programme an upgrade fee is paid directly to Palm Cay when you are at the resort. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay. Please contact Palm Cay or review their website for the latest details. As you are directly on the beach you may not require this option, but some may like to make use of it.

The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.

Coolibah villa is located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown nassau and paradise island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking.

Beautiful Palm Cay

This beautiful home is directly on the beach. The views are amazing and the water is calm, clear and warm. The resort is literally 100’ away so very convenient to grab food, beverages or just relax by the pool. We had a great time!

Wonderful, peaceful stay in Palm Cay

My family (5 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Mike’s place for a week and had a great vacation. The house was clean, modern, and well equipped. The beach was beautiful (just like the photos!) and the water was very calm and had lots of shells for my little kids (ages 2 and 4) to explore. We also used the pool at Starfish Isles which was only a block away. Mike was responsive and gave us helpful guidance on navigating the island! Would highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed in two condos next door to each other in the same building and it was the perfect place for a large group.Both units (both owned and rented from Mike) were well equipped, clean and had everything we need to enjoy or stay.The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. Mike was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information about the island. We would love to return!

Paradise!

I booked this villa for my husband's birthday. We came with our best friends and even though it would have been a blast anywhere, the setting of this place was as close to paradise as possible. It was quiet and private, yet close enough to the marina that we could walk to go grab lunch or dinner without even thinking. The house is perfect for a group, big enough to hang out inside at night, but right on the beach, so we spent the entire time, from 6am to late at night sitting on the beach or the patio.

Quiet Nassau Escape

This Palm Cay property was perfect for our family vacation - away from the tourists/expense of Paradise Island - but an easy drive away. Directly on the beach; amazing views; very clean and spacious condominium. This property has more space than shown in the pictures - lots of indoor and outdoor spaces - most with direct views of the ocean. This place exceeded our expectations.

Palm Cay

Family trip with amazing views and plenty of space for everyone. However, The view became obscured once the jet skis and boats arrived for rent—right in front of our place! Also, the noise from a blower and construction outside was a bit annoying. Your neighbors will be really close by when you’re outside which can be a little awkward.

Truly Paradise

Coolibah was the perfect vacation for our family of 6 adults! The beach just steps from our patio was beautiful & perfect to sit, swim & do a little snorkeling at our leisure. We scheduled a fabulous photographer, Clifton, for family photos before sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed Chef Everton one night!😋 We used 3N’s Exuma Vacation services, which picked us up from Palm Cay. (Call or email them to request pick up. They were happy to do it.) Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the club wristbands for a few days, mainly for the beach bar & a few of us for the pool. The Pink Octopus was yummy & convenient - split the hanger steak for 2-3 people 😋! One day we rented a golf cart to go to the store & tour Palm Cay! Michael was super responsive & over the top accommodating! We hope to come back again soon!

Stayed 5 days, 3 adults a 14 yr old and a 10 year old. Place is clean. No issues. The beach is great. Be aware to have a driver take you for groceries. We did not buy any of the resort amenities so can't speak to that. Ate at the restaurant next door once. Was over $300 for the 5 of us. That including a couple drinks for everyone. Call Vincent for transportation if you are a large group. He is the best. 1 (242) 438-5020.

Very Happy Stay

This property was a real find! It's location on the beach couldn't have been more perfect for my little grandchild. The sea was mostly calm - so he loved "swimming" and happily playing for hours. The parents of the said child were happy because it was all very easy. Laundry facilities were great, there was plenty of dishware/glasses for our group of seven, and plenty of advice from our great host about nearby grocery stores. We had friends stop by the condo and, happily, access to the community of Palm Cay was easily arranged with the gate. We also found that we really did not need to use - for a fee - the Club next door. Mike had provided lots of patio furniture to use on the beach. There was no fee to use the restaurant nearby, which offered some great fish and burgers. Everyone in the family wants to return to "Coolibah". Thanks, Mike and Lisa, for a memorable time.

Outstanding service and a great location

Mike and Romona (housecleaner) exceeded my expectations regarding timely communication and outstanding service. They ensured my family of 5 had everything we needed to create lasting memories. I followed Mike's tips on how to save $$ going to the Atlantis, his recommendation for the day trip to swim with the pigs and sharks, and his preferred taxi service to get around the island stress free. Great family vacation!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! We had a range of ages from 4-74, and everyone had a lovely time. Being right on the beach was perfect - many coffees were enjoyed with the sunrise. Having the grocery store 5 minutes away was a huge help. The kitchen has full cooking utensils, and we even grilled out for a few nights. The Dockside Cafe was great for an iced coffee or a sandwich, and the Pink Octopus was the perfect lunch or dinner spot. Don’t forget to bring you tennis or pickleball rackets, we enjoyed the courts a few days while we were there.

Awesome stay in Palm Cay!

We stayed in Palm Cay for a week and a half and could not have asked for a more relaxing vacay. The beach is beautiful and being located right on the beach was perfect for our 2 and 3 year old. The place was very clean , nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Our kids loved visiting the park to go on the swings and spent most of their days on the beach. We visited the cafe for smoothies , iced coffee, and ice cream daily. The pizza at the restaurant was awesome! Mike was a great host. I messaged him a few times with questions and he was very quick to respond. He went above and beyond with a small ask I had. Thank you, Mike! We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful home!

We spent 5 nights at Mike’s condo and had a great time. The views are incredible and the beach is right there when you walk outside. You are also right next to the members’ beach (with umbrellas) and members’ pool and bar. We paid for the wristbands and thought it was worth it. We have a baby and couldn’t bring him into the main pool but there’s another one just next to it that allows children. The food at the pink octopus is good but service is hit or miss. We took Mike’s recommendation and hired Keshla to cook for us one night and it was great! Overall the condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Just a heads up for the third floor - the two rooms share a bathroom and a hallway. The room in front with the balcony has doors but the other room does not, so you’d be “open” to the hallway/bathroom that you share with the front room. It was fine for us because we used the back room for our 1 year old, but I didn’t recall seeing that in the listing description and thought it would be good to know if you were planning on having 2 couples in those top two rooms. We loved our stay and definitely want to return! Mike was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Steps from the water. Water is beautiful all the time but at high tide bigger fish come in for good snorkeling. The condo is several miles from Nassau which makes for a peaceful ,secure experience. Micheal is great and very responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Had great boating experience with Jason. Michael has contact info. Bahamas is beyond expensive but this place was well worth the money

Absolutely Beautiful!

As soon as you open the door to the villa you see the beautiful blue water in front of you. We could not have asked for a better to stay for our first visit to the Bahamas. The villa was the perfect set up for our family of five. Everyone had their own space. We had a relaxing stay and hope to return!!

A Slice of Paradise

I can’t say enough about how beautiful the view is from this villa. The minute you walk in the door you look straight out onto the beautiful beach and ocean. The view from the master is equally as stunning. The villa itself is also very nice. All of the furniture and decor is top notch. The mattress on the master bed was super comfortable. We had 2 teens and one pre teen with us and they all enjoyed swimming and snorkeling by the rocks. However, there was not much else for them to do. In order to keep them entertained we traveled to Baha Mar to visit friends, we went to dinner (the Poop Deck was great) and we did a couple of excursions. Be aware that cabs are very expensive each time you go somewhere. A round trip to Baha Mar was around $120. If you don’t mind paying that then we do highly recommend using Cheryl’s Cab. Our driver all week was Ramon and he was incredible! We ate at the Pink Octopus one night. The food was good but didn’t knock our socks off. We did hear that their lunch was yummy but we never tried it. Overall, if you are into more of chill vacation then you can’t do much better than this place but if your into more of an active scene you may want to try a bigger resort. Baha Mar was nice but VERY busy and VERY crowded. We enjoyed visiting there but my husband and I (not so much the kids) were happy to get back to the serenity of Palm Cay. FYI…Mike was awesome to deal with. We had one minor issue and he was quick to resolve it.
