I would like to preface this review and state I have stayed at this property a couple times and I very much like it for a one night stay. I stayed at the start of my trip and then the end of my trip as well. This review is based on this particular visit. Check in is at 4:00, I understand it’s spring break however an hour and a half after check in the only reason we had a room was because I stood at the counter. I explained I didn’t care if the room had all of the bedding, we needed to get into our room. I understand they were busy and I hated that the people who took the brunt of the frustration was the front desk team. They were doing their best and trying to manage many guests however, you need to do more than apologize and offer a slight reduction in room price. I guarantee if I stayed in the room past check out I’d be charged so, this really was upsetting. It’s very convenient, very pretty, the rooms are enough for a night. I just never expected to wait so long for my room. The worst part is our travel companions who booked after we did checked into their room at the normal check in time.
