I would like to have the room I booked. I booked and had confirmation of a superior king room. When I asked why I was put in a lesser room I couldn’t get clarity. Staff was great, but no apologies or explanation was a bit frustrating.

The $19.75 fee is ridiculous and being mandatory is more ridiculous. People have cell phones so why have a phone and wifi fee. And this also includes the breakfast. Just another charge for something that should be included in the rate you pay for the stay.

The stay was great with only 2 problems. 1. The toilet is way too close to the floor. 2. The hot water in the shower is too hot. I tried selecting colder water, but with it set at the coldest setting it was still too hot.

the room was dirty and smelled like someone had puked on the floor and they tried to cover the smell with some cleaner. I have stayed here many times in the past but never again, they have really went down hill.

Good, no problems except a little noisy-next room was a little loud, breakfast was very good, lobby, bar, and restaurant comfortable and well maintained. Only problem was there wasn’t any housekeeping service.

The Grand is clean, comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room, and we loved being able to cross the street and watch the barges pass by on the water. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return!

I made it in from driving seven hours only to go and un pack and room 423 was not clean it had a foul odor and the bathroom had feces in the middle of the floor and on the right side of the toilet i did called the front desk and they did move me to a 425 it was not a happy stay i was tramatized how nasty these rooms where i will never stay there again.
