Nice place for a budget stay
Excellent place for great price. We arrived after 7 PM and was able to check in in less than five minutes. We went in the room and went back to the check-in desk at 8 PM to ask forWi-Fi password. We found the check in desk was already closed. The room is basic but clean. We were happy for our stay and will try them again next time..

It is a true business hotel, clean, compact and with no frills. The breakfast is generous, ethnic and fresh. The restaurant serves some delectable selections of food and drinks. With no air conditioning, the rooms are hot in summer. Moreover, the windows barely crack open restricting any fresh air flow. It is value for money!

Very good location, but service leaves a lot of room for improvement. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Internet does not work properly. Rooms are not cleaned regularly.

Decent place to stay
Nice place to stay in Ulm. Walking distance to a big shopping mall & the center. Only negatives were the breakfast (which wasn't great) and getting hurried out of the room before checkout time.

A very good value. Clean, safe, well located, nice people. Simple, but atractive. Very good restaurant. Bed could be better, no AC but not much needed. Prefer a tub.

Good clean value hotel in New Ullm
The hotel is in an quiet industrial area 20mins walk from New Ulm. It was clean an pleasant though bizarrely the reception staff ‘disappeared for 4/5 hours during the day closing reception. This wasn’t really an issue until check out when you had to check out before 11.00am BUT there was no access to your left luggage between 11.00 and 16.00. ( leaving us no option but to pull our luggage around between 9.00 am when we checked out and our 3pm train. Never had this issue at an hotel before. Otherwise it was fine.

We had planned to visit a local attraction which had sadly closed at short notice, we did however find other things to do locally. The check-in to hotel was good, the room was clean and the laundry facilities were good. Despite having the temperature dial on the wall I was later advised that the complex has NO air conditioning, in a hot Munich summer this was awful for a building built pretty recently, we had to leave all windows open but unfortunately the family room was close above the bar/restaurant outdoor area. This meant no sleep until after 2am and even then extremely uncomfortable due to the heat, and early traffic noise for a morning alarm. The sandy 'beach' was not signed but i guessed it was through the bar area which didn't suit for children in the evening, no idea where the small cinema advertised on the website was either, not signposted. We had thought this might be a little different and fun but unfortunately not. The room had no kettle or tea/coffee facilities which we see in even the most basic accommodation.easy enough to find from Neu Ulm but not served greatly by bus but an easy walk anyhow. I would not recommend for families due to the lack of air-con and noise from outside when windows opened. No drinking water except a vending machine. Better getting a breakfast at the backerei near the train station IMO.

Nice hotel! Good for a stop off between a castle tour of southern Germany. Clean, well kept rooms. Only problem was that there was no air conditioning. They should more clearly list this in their property description.

Pleasant hotel with good breakfast
The hotel is clean and offers a good breakfast. The downside is the hotel's location - it is a bit out of the centre of Neu-Ulm and in what looks like a very small industrial estate. The service was ok, even though we arrived out of the reception's hours so we had to check in via the restaurant.
