Staff was extremely rude and dismissive. Jacuzzi was not open dispute me being told it would be. Constantly harassed and asked if i payed for breakfast even though I did before check in. Couldn't even enjoy my meal.

We were the victims of vandalism at this location. The drivers side window was smashed out. A conscientious citizen called the police. I understand this is not the fault of Hilton Garden. Disappointing just the same.

Wish there had been complimentary breakfast. Room looked recently upgraded except for the carpet which was dated. The room needed some TLC like water damaged areas in the bathroom, rusty vent cover in the bathroom, and the dated carpet. Mattress did not have an encased protective covering - most hotels do.

Return guest. Make sure the hot tub works

I stay here a lot. It's close to where I want to be when I'm visiting my family. So I will always prefer to go here. I've never had an issue. One thing this is twice now the hot tub has not been working. That was disappointing.
