I reserved this property for ten family members ranging from 17-80 and everyone had an excellent time.
There are 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs plus a bunch of other floating things available and plenty of life vest in various sizes.
Two of my family members have severe pet allergies, so I chose this property partially because pets are not allowed. But beyond that, the house had been meticulously cleaned before our arrival. I think the cleanliness level would satisfy even the most picky mysophobe.
The host Diana is excellent with communication and offered both early check-in and late check-out without me asking.
There is only one bedroom on the main level, so keep that in mind if your group has mobility issues. There are rather steep steps both up and down to the other bedrooms. If you are concerned about privacy in the one bedroom with glass doors, it is really not a big deal. Closing the single solid door closes off both the bedroom and the connected living room.
The kitchen layout and available appliances are excellent. However, for a house of this size, it would have been nice to have a few larger items to cook for a group of 10+. We made it work with what was available, but I wish it had one 16 qt stockpot, 1-2 sheet pans about the size of the oven rack, 1-2 large serving platters, a few medium sized tongs, 1-2 large cutting boards. The knives are above average for a rental, but if you want a high quality chefs knife, bring your own.
The game room is really awesome!
