Pierre was wonderful. He let us check in early after being tired from getting off a Cruise. Alot of food choices and very convenient to everything. Loved this hotel, gave me a vintage feel like we were out of the country!

The staff at the hotel were simply amazing even with the snowstorm hitting and people being stranded. They worked with everybody closely and made sure we all had a place to stay still they were so friendly and reassuring when I was freaking out about being stuck for another two days, but they made it so comfortable those two days that we had to stay extra
