Good for overnight
Good for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unable to use the heating system as a horrible odor emitted when turned on. Looked at the unit and noted the debris at the vented area. The toilet seat also needed to be replaced, cracked and peeling. Also, I was not happy that I had to pay to park in the hotel lot. I do not remember that being disclosed on the website. The one bright spot was the worker at the front desk. His service was exemplary. He addressed all of my needs with a humble attitude. We need more of him in the world today.

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, that room should have a larger refrigerator and stove area. The furniture needs to be updated and cleaned such as the sofa, chair, and table and chairs.

Great hotel in a good location! Convenient to all kinds of shopping and food. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good as it included a meat option, dry goods, and refrigerated options. One complaint that I have is that our tub looked like it needed to be repaired. The caulking around it was cracked and discolored. We did have a few ants in our room and we could never get our remote to control the volume of the tv. We also discovered that a light switch controlled the power of the tv. Honestly, those things in comparison to the friendliness of the staff and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made them tolerable. We hardly spent time in our room so they weren’t that bothersome.

The personnel made my stay memorable in a good way
Front desk personnel were excellent. They were professional, informative and helpful. The information provided was clear and easily understood. This is especially important to me because of a hearing impairment.

They had no hot water and couldn't bother to let people know beforehand. They sprung the news upon arrival. It was already dark outside and we had already driven 700miles. We had a reservation for one night but was to tired to try to find something else at the time. So we didn't bathe had to check out and scramble to get something else for the rest of our stay. Expedia should have been informed as well that there was no hot water on the property for days before and more than likely afterwards.

You do have to pay for parking at $12 per day because the parking lot is owned by another business. This is budget hotel so don't expect new furnishings or carpet but that said this place is very, very clean and safe.
