Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with our stay here!

We liked the location....some feedback though....ceiling fan in common room hanging by the electrical wire. There was no place to hang clothes or put something down in several of the rooms. Would be helpful to install hooks and perhaps a suitcase table. There were no handles on the drawers in bathrooms.

Our only complaint was the floors were not very clean. Left the bottoms of our feet quite dirty and dirt and dust stuck to them. Would also reccomend some throw blankets.Other than that this was a great location and quiet place to stay. Not too far from the action but we were still able to have peaceful evenings to recharge before doing it all again.

The home was some what clean. The layout of the home was confusing and felt unsafe. The doors and locks were not sturdy at all. The hike to get in the house was a bit much. The wifi didn't work. The balcony was handshake close to the next house. The stairssss. Omg..it was a lot. The neighborhood was sketchy, however the location to everything else was great.

Friend Getaway

This was an unusual experience for us, as our property location was changed, by the management company, just hours before check in due to faulty A/C in reserved property. Amenities and location were slightly different, but seemed acceptable from the verbal description given over the phone. Vehicle accessibility was limited due to road closure/repairs in process, this would have been nice to know ahead of our arrival. There were signs of the homeless population, but no issues with the street parking. Shopping, restaurants, and the garden district were within walking distance. The unit itself was adequate. As a group of 8 there was limited seating in the living area, the kitchen was sparsely stocked. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 3 queen beds - all are a decent size for couples. However, not all had closest and/or dressers. For those who do not wish to live out of their suitcases conveniences such as places to hang clothes and dressers or shelf space would be appreciated. Additionally, the two full bathrooms had no options for hang towels - hand or bath. Overall the unit was clean, enjoyable.

Hosteeva does not care about your experience

Looks nice, until you look close. The dishwasher wasn't even mounted so it moved around when you opened or closed it. Lack of necessary kitchen utensils. Could not fry an egg, ate cereal out of coffee mugs. The worst was the a/c that moved air but did not cool. I say Hosteeva does not care because the addressed none of this. The did call every day and every day I took time away from my vacation to remind them that they did nothing.

Super bowl weekend

We only picked this b/c of location to stadium. The management and communication was terrible. I requested multiple x's late check out. I could see no one was booked after us. The management kept saying wait until morning of check out? how can you wait for that? we found a joint in the sofa, one of the closets smelled like cat pee. A maintenance man ransnomly came in w/o notice . Getting into the property was like a mystery. Side entrance and multiple doors . We were kept up all night w/ people staying on other floor. Riducouly OVERPRISED. Shame on you , your management it HORRIFIC

Couples new years trip

Great location to most attractions, this was during the terror attack but the city didn’t slow down much. Neighborhood looks sketchy but felt safe staying here. Parking on street is cool not a lot of traffic in area

Great location of this property, Mgmt company needs improvement

We had a pleasant stay at the property itself. We didn’t do any cooking which was a good thing, the place is not well stocked compared to others I have been to. Basically just a coffee pot and some coffee. But then again, I didn’t go to New Orleans to eat in, just wanted to let others know. The location of the place is the BEST PART: SO CONVENIENT. Close to everything we wanted.The issue was with checkout. The cleaning instructions were minimal and no issue. The big problem came from them sending an “Add another night at a lesser cost” link along with what was supposed to be the checkout link. It was super confusing to figure out how to refuse the additional night and simply checkout! And they are very strict on the timing. So to be on the cautious side & make sure I had notified them of checkout, I called to confirm. I was told that I was indeed checked out and NOT booked for another night. WRONG! Come Monday morning there was another night charged to my credit card. No notification via text or email that this was happening. I contacted them about this charge and they kindly reversed it. But if I had not been paying Close attention to my acct I might not have noticed. I have informed Hosteeva that I believe sending the add another night in such a confusing way when one is trying to checkout is not good and quite confusing. Hopefully they make some changes and others aren’t accidentally charged. Just a heads up.

70th birthday trip

Property was in a good location. Some of the dressers in the bedrooms should be replaced. A TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work. The height of the kitchen cabinets is very high so a step stool would be helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.
