My room was more then i expected. We were very happy with it . The balcony is the best room , especially for mardi gras its directly in the parade routes

The place was spacious and in a great location. The trolly was across the street and a block away. It was also a wonderful walkable location. Everything was 5-20 minute walk. It was a nice way to see New Orleans. The hotel itself was dated and not as clean as other places. Nothing that bothered me but room service did not come at all to clean, there was some mold in the corners of the tub, and the hallway had a mildewy smell. The sheets and the floor were clean. Overall I did not mind my stay.

The facility is clean and very comforable. Staff is extremely friendly. This location is an easy walk to pretty much anywhere you want to go. It's also close to trolly stops if you need to take the trolley. There is also a grocery store nearby.

This hotel was perfect. It was walking distance for the most part, had great food options near by. Very clean, staff was very attentive. Check in & Out was very easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting NOLA.

We stayed here while visiting relatives uptown. It was very convenient to hop on the streetcar. Also close to the quarter and the arts district. We found plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

I saw some reviews after booking that mentioned uncleanliness. I reached out to hotel and they assured me their staff would personally inspect and ensure cleanliness in our room. Found mold everywhere in shower upon arrival. No hair dryer in room. Called down to get one. They brought me a non functioning one. Evacuated one night for fire alarm from man pulling it. Horrible stay!!!!

Checkin was great. When using the shower noticed the drain was plugged. Staff moved us to 502. Then said room was not available. Moved us to 2nd floor Room was uncomfortable. Shower sprayed water through hot water knob. Room 413 was repaired and we stayed there for last night. Staff was very helpful.
