Family Beach Vacation
Great location with all the things we needed to make a great vacation for our family of 6. We had plenty of space to spread out when indoors. They had boogie boards for the older kids and sand toys for our little one, beach blanket, chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sun all day. The ocean out front was shallow and easy to play and swim in. We even spotted dolphins!! We were able to cook meals for the family and enjoy sitting down for a meal together. The neighbors were very friendly and the building was quiet. The only complaint was the master bed was quite soft and was hard to get a restful sleep. We would definitely go back here again.

Stunning beach getaway!
I chose this rental to be near grandson’s wedding preparation. It was so perfect, spacious, comfortable with a stunning ocean view from the open living space,VERY spacious balcony, and even the front bedroom! Communication with the owner was incredibly responsive via email, text and phone. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly, accommodating and generous owner. The parking at the condo is such a boost for the property. We were able to host a small post-wedding get together for our family, using the well-stocked kitchen for food preparation and serving. The pool wasn’t available, but almost finished while we were there. We didn’t miss it as the beach was so beautiful and easily accessible, that we would not have used it anyway. There’s a water station for beach sand removal right on the property so no trouble getting rid of sandy feet after the beach. The security of the property was exceptional, making me feel safe to arrive first in the party, alone and able to unpack. The elevator was a must for this upper floor condo, and there was a shopping cart for transport of multiple items from the car to the condo. Permanent residents were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this great, spacious condo for a beach trip in the future. It’s a very nice walk to Flagler Avenue along the beach. The decor was very nice, extra pillows, blankies for wrapping up on the couch, efficient AC… just 5 stars all around! Thank you for such a perfect accommodation for my family of four.

Beautiful condo
Our reason for booking was location but the very well decorated and set up condo was an amazing bonus. It was very roomy. The host was upfront about some renovations going on at property but it didn’t affect our stay. This place is so quiet and private. We would definitely inquire if it is available in the future. We loved it!

Perfect Condo and View
We visited our daughter for Thanksgiving. The condo had all the supplies needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Decor was very homey and comfortable. View is a dream come true. Will definately stay again for next visit.

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful and the views from the porch were amazing. They’ve had some issues from the storm last year. No pool or direct beach access at the moment. You have to walk two blocks to get to the beach. Would 100% recommend once those two issues are resolved.

The apartment is beautiful and located right over the beach (but no direct beach access) with a beautiful view. The apartment is very nicely appointed and stocked with everything one may need for a nice vacation.

This has by far been the best vacation! The condo is absolutely perfect and the owners have thought about every little detail! It’s right on the beach and the view is amazing! We will definitely be back next year! The restaurants near by are top notch as well!

Location, location, location
If being near the Ocean is important you can’t find a better location. Great views — it’s like you can almost reach off the balcony and touch it. The condo was very comfortable and livable and nearby to beach shopping, restaurant, and strolling.

Beautifully appointed beach retreat
Our favourite stay in NSB to date. The condo is very thoughtfully appointed, decor is high end, and there were lots of little extras not always provided for in a VRBO. The condo was also pristine, even the fake plants were all dust free. Beverly was incredibly responsive. We loved our stay so much that we’ve reserved again for next winter.

Nicely appointed
This unit was clean and freshly decorated with multiple amenities including everything needed for the beach. Can't beat the full oceanfront view for a morning coffee or evening cocktail and the location is just steps away from the Sea Vista Tiki Bar, a hopping little beach bar. Convenient to downtown and owner was very attentive. Only negatives were byproducts of the recent past hurricanes - pool was not in service, nearest beach entrance was10th Avenue (very walkable but you must be fully mobile) and ongoing construction, while necessary, made it difficult to work remotely. That said, the owners addressed each issue to their best of their ability and, barring another damaging hurricane, these are temporary issues. All in all, a lovely place and we would consider another stay!

Absolutely Amazing Beach-Front Condo
The condo is perfect. Quiet Building right on the Ocean front. The balcony is where you will want to be the whole time, but the updated interior is pretty nice too! Looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely stay on the beach
We (a family group of 5) had a wonderful time at this beachfront condo in New Smyrna Beach. The sounds of the waves, long walks on the beach, and cool breezes were a perfect break between two theme park visits. The interior is just as the photos depict and the kitchen is well-stocked with tea & coffee and the leftovers from previous visitors (don't buy olive oil -- there are at least 3 bottles). Hurricane damage washed out the condo's direct access to the water (and the pool is out of order too, not a problem in January) but the beach is accessible via a staircase just a five minute walk away (on 10th). The host (Beverly Trent) was very responsive to all my questions (first time VRBO). I highly recommend the condo and, if I lived in the region, would stay again.

Miscommunication made right by owner
Our stay was wonderful! It was my husband and two year old daughter and I. When we arrived, there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. The owner made it right by refunding us one night, having treats sent over and a gift card! I think the cleaning miscommunication is not something that happens with them often so I will definitely be booking here again if we return to NSB. Beautiful views of the ocean. The areas of the beach right in front of the condo was very quiet which was nice to not have a ton of people around. Will stay again!

Great NSB stay!
Great property and perfect location! Condo had everything we needed … tons of towels, sheets , dishes and kitchenware plus some extras (spices, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). And all the beach stuff we needed. We had a great time and will definitely keep this condo in mind for our next NSB stay! ❤️ Bonus we got to see the Spacex launch from the balcony! It was amazing! Restfull getaway
This condo is absolutely beautiful. The decor was nicely done. The condo was super clean and very organized. I am a clean freak and I can testify that whoever cleans this home ranks up there with me. The beds are extremely comfortable. They have supplied everything needed . Just bring you clothes and food. The grounds are welll kept. Even though its a drive on beach, we felt far enough away from the crowd. The beach is extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely stay again.
