Nice and comfortable suite. Very crowded lobby with people on laptops everywhere. Restaurant was closed. Biggest complaint - no in room coffee service. Coffee available in the lobby after 7am, but not good and $7 a cup. With very cold, nasty weather, very inconvenient to go out to find good morning coffee.

I look forward to my next visit to Brooklyn!

What a fun and comfortable stay in this lovely mid-century venue. I felt a big smile erupt each time I walked through the lobby because of the awesome vibe. There was also a work area with proper plugs for the remote community, a lovely unique gift shop and a bagel shop with coffee and juice as well. I. Our room was an old turntable with a selection of vinyl records and a guitar on stand was part of the adorable decor. Two blocks away is the DeKalb food court with every type of food imaginable and everything we tried in our four-night stay was tasty and reasonably priced. All kinds of great shopping, a One Medical clinic, a dentist and a Target were in the same DeKalb location.

Jesus is an angel!

I’ve always had good experiences at the Ace Hotel, but this experience was exceptional because of Jesus at the front desk! I arrived late at night after a long international flight and had been out of the country for several months so my credit cards weren’t working! Jesus was not only patient but kind And accommodating. The next day, this gym of a human being even checked on my family! Thanks, Jesus for making our stay spectacular!

Clean facility. Quite corner. Housekeeper staff did good job. The front desk staff was ok. Hotel doesn’t have parking garage but they have arranged parking fee $35/night from across the street parking garage.

Had a good stay here overall! Pros: room was aesthetically pleasing and very clean, super comfy bed, great location in BK super close to the A train and easy to get to and from JFK, lively lobby bar Cons: our shower had very low water pressure, proximity to the subway means you can feel the slight rumbling of the trains even on a high floor, fire alarm tests were conducted 2 mornings in a row without advance notice, “skyline view” room faced directly into apartment building across the street. An overall solid option for this neighborhood, but not sure it’s totally worth the price.

The hotel was very nice and cozy. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Pillows were soft but very comfortable. The waiter at the bar was very friendly and polite. Food was expensive at the property. We went for a concert at the Barclay center and the distance from hotel was just 10 minutes. You did not need a car or taxi to go there. The neighborhood was really safe to walk. Overall the hotel was the perfect choice for cleanliness and the convenience. We will go again if we need to.

One of the more unique hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were super friendly all weekend. Great bagel spot connected to the hotel for breakfast. Directly across the street from the AC line. A 5 minute walk to any store you can think of. I’ll definitely stay here again. The only thing I’d caution - if you like a more lowkey hotel, this is not the place for you. The lobby was packed with people at all hours, every single day I was there. They also have live DJs on different nights. I didn’t mind either of these things, but I could see how that would turn people off.
