No cooling in December
It was a comfortable sized room but there was no cooling a/c in the room. When we asked why the thermostat wouldn’t go below 72 degrees we were told that since it’s winter there was no cooling in the rooms but that cracking the window should work. They offered a fan for the room which helped a little but for the cost of the hotel cooling should have been an option.

We thought this was a great place to stay for visiting Manhattan. We were close to multiple subways. Walking distance to Rockefeller plaza and Times Square. Didn’t eat there. Made a few calls asking for more pillows and see if tv had more stations (changing systems so no) and someone was there within ten minutes. I read a comment that beds were hard but I don’t agree. Would stay again.
