The property was very well maintained from the outside to the check in area. My room was nice and clean. The noise outside was loud until late in the evening with music booming. Overall, a nice stay!

Doors are thin and hallways are noisy. So if you are trying to sleep, it is hard because of hearing outside hallway noise. USB ports may not work. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Elevators are small. Location is good. Right on Broadway.

This is by far the worst hotel and staff ever. Was placed in the most noisy room (construction noise) and they refused to change rooms for us. Was offered ear plugs. What a joke.
