I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in New York (Times Square) and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, inclusively, when I mentioned that we were in NY to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday, Mike, the manager, offered my daughter to get a free treat from the small candy shop as a gift (isn't a nice gesture?). In general, the team was incredibly supportive, friendly, and kind throughout my stay. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, one example is, we got thirsty late evening, and a team member immediately refilled the water fountain, the cleaning lady was beyond lovely. They were always ready to assist with any request, no matter how big or small, and did so with a positive attitude. Their professionalism and dedication truly made my stay memorable. The only thing is that, by 9/9:30, the breakfast area gets really busy, but we were visiting during Thanksgiving week. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in New York for anyone looking for a hotel with outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!
