Hotel was clean and quiet. This is second time i stayed here I have no complains. I know comments mention homeless near the property but its nyc you'll see homeless people everywhere. Overall, an amazing stayed.

The staff was amazing, greeted us every time we left and every time we came back. The area on the outside of the hotel is a little nasty but that isn't the hotels' fault at all. We would defiantly stay here again.

The room was quiet, the inside was clean, but lots of homeless around the outside, was approached several times by homeless people. During my stay, I felt unsafe smoking outside. Property was close to everything though.
