The stay was great, however, at check in I was not aware that I had to pay $100 for incidental charges via credit card and was told that I would get it back at check out. Well at check out I was told I’ll get it back in 3 days on the card. I was not happy. I will not be staying in the future.

Large Room - Free Breakfast - Good Value

We visit NYC often and typically stay in SoHo or right in this 3 block radius due to the easy access to Penn Station. We booked through the Hotels.com app and got a decent sub-$200 rate. We were very pleasantly surprised to find this was the biggest room we'd every had in NY! The hotel, room and bathroom were clean and the free breakfast was a big perk!
