HOTELS.COM Poor hotel GREAT!!!
I did have an issue but it was not the fault of the hotel it was HOTELS,COM with the deceiving images and not making it clear that my room choice had a shared bathroom which is hard to believe exists in 2024. The hotel nwas very good because they fixed problem and probvide me a proper room.

The staff are incredibly friendly! We booked a room for two and it was quite cramped inside however the location of the hotel is situated in a great area that’s convenient to get to many places, including various subway stations.

Good enough if you only plan on sleeping there and nothing else! Its kept very clean and sheets and towels are changed every day. Be aware that it is a shared bathroom with other guests.

Super basic stay
This was my fourth or fifth time staying here over the past 10 years. The quality of the hotel has gone way down in that time. Everything is very clean and safe, it’s just starting to show its age. The walls are thin so you will hear every door in the hallway opening and closing. The mattresses are not comfortable. There is no ventilation in the shared bathrooms so they can be very stuffy. It’s just clear that no investment is being made to keep the property up which is a shame because it used to be really nice.

Staff was sp welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are well-designed and cozy. The neighborhood is centrally-located with great parks, restaurants, shopping, and subway nearby. Great value!

This was a great place to stay if you’re traveling solo and only need a place to sleep and shower. The pods are pretty small but cozy. The location is phenomenal with subway stations and bus stops literally a couple blocks away. I stayed here to attend a convention, and I would gladly stay here again.

Easy to check in. Nice property and great room. Bathrooms are shared so no fault of the hotel but you might run into wet floors. Rooftop is awesome.
