Everything was great, my only recommendation for improvement would be adding a frying pan to the units kitchen equipment. Needed to fry eggs in a stock pot as it was the only option. I worked, it was just unweildy!

Very good value for money, like a mini apartment near the subway so easy to get around. No cleaning room service but for the price and size of room, you’d be delusional to expect it compared to hotels with tiny rooms and no kitchenettes that cost more nearby, also has its own dryer and washing machine with cleaning pods available so can clean your own clothes n towels etc. Would stay again.

Our stay at Sonder at Battery Park was nothing short of exceptional, easy check in, easy check out, simple access to the subway and to parking nearby and the room was in perfect condition. Absolutely would recommend and will stay here again

Not bad but could be better

Would I recommend - yes. Based on the spaciousness I would. Few small things that Sonder need to look at… Cleanliness - it was not nice to find a grubby old Band Aid on the floor of the bedroom. Also the fake plant in the living area was coated in dirt and dust. Either clean it or get rid of it. The location was good and I was happy overall. Was slightly put off that people were coming in reeking of weed. I know it is a problem everywhere these days but I didn’t expect to be smelling it in the reception or elevators. Over all it was a good stay even though the pictures on the website were a far exaggeration of what it looked like. The unit was a little tired and I could see some repairs that could easily be done but were not.

Fantastic location at Battery Park and easy walking to most of Manhattan and some of Brooklyn One bedroom suite with a pullout couch in the living allowed the two of us to have separate bedrooms!

I have stayed 10 days and I can only say that is truly a home away from home! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is neat. I felt very safe staying in Sonder. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love that it has a kitchen and washing/dryer unit in the same apartment I stayed. I truly enjoyed it and definitely will come back! 5 stars! Highly recommend it
