$22.50/day to park your car even if you're a guest

stay was good, close to the airport. the shuttle stops coming after 11 so if you fly in late, dont expect it to pick you up. the worst part about this place, they charge their guests to park at the hotel. its ridiculous

Hotel was great. Room was great, indoor pool was great. Multiple lounge areas was great. Nothing close to the hotel. Hotel as an extremely large parking lot. It was packed we ended up parking on grass. Would definitely stay again

The rooms need serious updating. The tubs look dirty and fixtures are rusted. The carpets has stains and the bed skirts need to be thrown away they were stained and old. The WHOLE hotel just need to be updated. You should not have customers staying in rooms that has carpet that is dirty like that. The price should be more for a motel 6 not representing the Hilton brand. Other than that at least the shuttle came on time. He drive like a maniac. Oh food and drink prices are ridiculous as well. DO BETTER HILTON. This is coming from a Honors member glad I didn’t waste my points on this stay.

Great except for the shuttle driver

My stay here was overall pretty good except for the shuttle driver. He complained that I had too much luggage and that “I had better tip” him. I was planning on tipping him very well, and still tipped him because he did put my luggage in the truck, but demanding that a customer should tip is beyond rude.

First time stay

I was there cause my daughter had a concert at the Prudential Center. So we were there for one night. The room was clean, comfortable. The bathroom is small but clean. My one complaint of the room is we only got 2 towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a drink at the bar and it guys there were also very nice and helpful. I would definitely be staying here again.
