Pros: The size of the family room and the shower.
Location: Well we stayed here as it was very close to the British racing school.
A very welcoming hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Nice, modern hotel, with exceptional food

Pros: The hotel had good parking and wifi, a good restaurant, was clean, and modern.
Cons: They obviously gave booking agencies the worst rooms, but so do so many other hotels.
Location: We booked the hotel because it is near Warren Hill, and we wanted to see the race horses gallop in the early mornings. We did this, and breakfast!
Enjoyable stay, once the booking mix up had been overcome. They wanted to put us in a room without a window, but we explained that our 3rd party booking was not for this category. We were upgraded to a superior room that was to die for. Evening meal was exceptional, and no complaints about breakfast. Staff were very friendly, and this superior room (room 18) was the nicest room we had ever stayed in.

well done

Pros: Staff sell this place
Cons: The decor is tired in places but clean and painted.
Location: I went because it was so close to the Animal Trust Hospital
It is a relatively old hotel but for all of that it was clean and tidy. I had my little dog with me and they were wonderful with him. It was top notch for what you paid for and how it was described.

Overnight stay in Newmarket after races.

Mixed review. Good location for races and just off Newmarket high street. Really good breakfast! Down side for me was the room was really tired with wall paper coming off the walls. Also no outside window and poor air con so room stuffy and warm. Personally the £129 price tag was way too much for that room. Won't be staying there again. Sorry.

Good Quality Hotel

Stayed many times here now and each time it has been excellent, the staff are very friendly and rooms comfortable. Will certainly stay again.

Top Class

Great hotel in a superb spot, staff superb especially Cheryl on reception who was and absolute credit to the Hotel, very friendly and helpful. It's staff like this that set hotels apart :)

One night stay

Convenient location so close to shops. Amazing breakfast such a variety it was very good. Staff pleasant and friendly. Bedroom decor a bit tired/dated bed very comfy. Overall a good place to stay.
