Loved our stay’

Not sure if I missed the fine print, but depending on what type of room you select, determines your check in. I booked a “standard room” and when we went to check in, they said they would give us “first available” which was only 30 min later than when we arrived. Super clean, breakfast had a lot of options, close to Balboa Pier and other amazing restaurants. Would definitely return.

It was horrible even for the price. Facilities are super run down and bathroom and room both disgusting. The front desk was horrible too they gave me room keys that didn’t work so after I lugged my two heavy suitcases to the room, I had to come back for new keys. Unbelievable.
