Can’t say enough good things about this place! Pictures do not do it justice. It had everything and more. The rooms are spacious, the beds and sheets are so comfortable, super clean and quiet, and it’s in a great location of the city.
You know when you stay at a VRBO you come away saying “I wish they would have had this”. I didn’t do that once at Leah’s place. The spice cabinet was STOCKED. The kitchen had coffee filters, a wine opener, disposable cups, plastic bags, and foil. There was an ironing board/iron and even a hair dryer. The downstairs outside patio area was very nice too with a big table. There is a little bar right on the corner and many places to eat within walking distance. A convenience store and liquor store are two minutes from the front door as well. Leah was a great communicator and responded within minutes. She was extremely accommodating, and I felt comfortable asking her anything! The only thing that I didn’t know going into the rental was that it didn’t have central air. All of the bedrooms did have window units. If you keep your bedroom doors closed it does get very cool, but the downstairs was always a little warm. Window units are very normal in the northeast, I just had forgotten a lot of the older house are like that there because I’m from the South. I talked to other renters in the area, and I feel Leah’s rental was by far the best. So glad we found this place!
