Located on a quieted street in begging of Blvd Franck Pilatte in Old port.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical province building ( builted before 1945 ) with stairs (20 steps), with handrail, no lift, and traditional green shutters and exotic backyard.

Blvd Franck Pilatte benefits from all the character and charm of the Old port.
With the bus n 98 ( direction of town centre via Promenade des anglais) and tram stops ( airport & place Massena) just a 10 minute walk away, you can explore the whole of the Côte d'Azur very easily.

Walking for just a few minutes through the Garibaldi plaza will bring you to the Old Town with its daily market and then the Promenade and beach.
Whichever way you turn right from apart, you are only seconds away from shops, restaurants, galleries, bars, pharmacy and bakery.

The living area, has been simply decorated with white walls and traditional wooden floors to highlight the charming collection of paintings and pictures.

Although a tight squeeze a baby cot will fit in the bedroom.

The modern bathroom has a large shower, a toilet and a wall radiator.
