Ugh! Love this location/rental. Such a great location for any and all things Downtown Norfolk. The host was organized, open-minded & easy going. My husband and I rented this space twice and loved it more and more each time. The windows facing the street are to die for! So grateful.

Hot water needed
No hot water in the shower, very dissapointing after teaching all day long, was really wanting a hot shower. Bathtub/shower is only accessible with movable plastic step stool and my daughter had a leg dissability making this inaccessible- not elderly or disability appropriate. Theplace is beautiful and clean. I was offered an extra hour for later check out which was very nice. Just need to fix the hot water in the shower...and warn people who may have dissability needs. I did write to property manager about loud music from tenant next door and it did get managed.

Not okay and never again!
Never got to stay at this property and the property manager didn’t bother to communicate that there was an issue until 10 minutes prior to check in! A full refund was received but we had no place to stay for the night!!!!! What!!! Not okay and never again!
