There are hotels in need of updating and then there are hotels that need to be closed and torn down. This hotel is old, outdated and worn out. It looks and smells like a third-rate nursing home. Room furnishings are shabby. At times only one of the four elevators were operating. Unloading upon arrival was a nightmare with the ramps BLOCKED by cars and no one from the staff concerned. I would sooner sleep in my car than ever stay at this hotel again. I have many other complaints, but you get the idea. Worst hotel I have stayed in years.

Room floors were dirty, bathroom was very small, couldn’t hardly sit on the toilet it was so close to the wall, sink was coming off the wall, shower tiles were coming off the wall, kitchen are was awkward and tiny and poorly constructed, door to separate room area didn’t have a handle to open it from the inside space, pull out sofa was super thin but adequate, main king bed was comfy.

The hotel was close to the venues I needed to go to for a wedding. It was a few minutes drive to a walkable area with great dining and shops. There was a real down to earth thrift store across the street.The pool was great and well maintained. The rooms were ok seemed spacious enough and we had a view of the area. The hotel itself is old as you can tell by its construction, spiral entrance to the parking lot. We also had to change rooms after the door wouldnt oprn because the humidity made it stick. Maintenance came quickly and stayed to be sure we could access the room without a problem. We also did not get a fridge in our room but were too busy to complain so I'm not sure if it was only with our room.

My bathtub was gross. It needed to be caulked and resurfaced. I couldn’t not take a bath in it. There was discoloration around the rim of tub and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. Other than that it was a great stay and I will book there again!

The hotel was conveniently located to the location I was visiting, but not an area that's well suited for tourists or walking around to explore. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were updated, everything was clean. Older building , with a funky parking situation. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I don't think its far to the waterfront from there, and there are many good restaurants within a few blocks, but we were told not to walk.

I do not recommend you stay!
I was deeply disappointed during my stay. The building is renovated however the cleanliness of the room was not up to par for me. The bathroom had a very strong urine smell and although the bathroom seemed to be cleaned or wiped down there was hair on the toilet and in the tub and walls. I accidently spilled water and upon trying to clean it up I realized the floor was flighty. As if that wasn't enough, I read reviews upon my arrival that there had been numerous car break ins onsite. When I asked the front desk clerk were there measures in place to try to prevent this, she stated yes and pointed to the security guard who was standing at the desk beside me and could hear me... yet scrolling on his phone. His lack to even speak or acknowledge my question was enough for me to lose all confidence in his concern for his job. There was a lot of people seemingly hanging out in the parking lot, so I sat in my car for nearly 3 hours on guard.

Good morning I contacted Expedia the day after I was supposed to stay in this hotel reservation and was unable to get through to customer service. I have been trying to get refunded due to me not staying in the hotel because of various reasons; hotel had multiple teenagers in there with guns, extremely noisy and I felt completely unsafe in that environment. I would like it if someone contacted me to resolve this matter.
