We encountered heating problems and placed 3 calls to Vacasa. Each time we were informed that a local manager would contact. We received no communication from the local Vacasa property manager. They did arrange for a technician to investigate the issue, but that was 8 hours after our first call. We called subsequent to our stay to speak with a local property manager, and still have no response. Bottom line is don't rent if Vacasa is property manager-if you have a problem, you won't get good customer service.
