Location is solid
The location is good, and accessing the key to get in was great. WiFi worked perfectly. However, the mildew issues in the second bedroom that another reviewer pointed out were still not addressed when we stayed. The bathrooms would benefit from a scrubbing with bleach, and the corners of the floors could benefit from another round with the Swiffer. Additionally, there are house rules that likely need to be shared prior to arrival (perhaps they were and I overlooked them) to ensure a pleasant stay. For example, you are not to wipe makeup on washclothes or towels. Luckily, I had packed extra linens just in case, but I can imagine this could take others by surprise.

Great for the price
Place was great there are some issues you will have problems with down the road (HVAC, floors, kitchen faucet). I am a little OCD, so the smell and cleanliness could have been better. The lights (not enough for us, expressly in the bedrooms) and needs a full-length mirror somewhere (just saying :-)). Other than that, it was perfect for what we intended.

This is our second year staying here. We enjoyed our honeymoon here this year. It is close to the things we like to do. We love sitting on the patio enjoying the ocean.

View is great that's about it.
Black mold in 2 twin bedroom it was on ceiling going down wall. Key pad didn't work had to text though VRBO to get lock box code then finally got in. Internet connection didn't work had to text again. The internet had been changed the week before but the information on the refrigerator hadn't been updated. The porch had a big table with 2 bar height chairs and one regular chair. It was very awkward for three people. Dinner dishes were not microwave safe, we had to use baking dishes to heat up left overs brought home from a restaurant. The reviews were great for this place, unfortunately I can't give it a good review at all. The only great thing was the view. Won't stay here again.

We were very pleased with the location and check in process. The facilities could have been cleaned a bit better and there weren’t many kitchen items to use for cooking, but overall the stay was nice and the facility was convenient.

The keypad didn't work so I had to contact Sarah who I guess works with the owner to get the lock box number and get the key out. I would describe the unit more as spacious than cozy!! The walk to the beach was a breeze and we spent a lot of time there. Wish the pool would have been heated, but it was fine on hot days . Loses son around 1:30 at this time of the year . Up the street are many restaurants and entertainment venues. I would definitely return to this condo. Thanks

Perfect Week & Perfect Condo
We couldn’t have loved the place more! It was adorably decorated, clean, and comfortable. The view was awesome. We loved sitting on the balcony for sunrises and coffee in the morning and relaxing at night time. The pool area is clean and well taken care of. The master bedroom could use a new mattress, but we slept fine. The owner was helpful and responsive when we came across an issue with the lock. Windy Hill is the only area we stay in, and this has been one of our favorite stays ever. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us for the week! We will certainly be back!

Will absolutely be our yearly vacation spot !
Overall we couldn’t have asked for more with this rental as far as location to the beach and the ease of checking in as well as contact with the property owner. I used to be a Florida beach snob but staying here has definitely swayed me towards the North Myrtle area !

Enjoyed the area of beach, quite clean area of town. The balcony was nice for just enjoying the ocean, morning coffee and evening chats. Had everything we needed to stay, mor homey than we thought it would be. Maybe an older place, we felt comfortable there and plan to go back. Communication was long to respond.

Peace on the beach
Nice, peaceful two weeks at the beach. 30 second walk from condo to beach. Well equipped, easy entry and exit, close to everything. Have stayed in various MB locations over the years and this is our favorite.
